Idea Submission Policy
1. Ownership of Submissions
You agree that any ideas, suggestions, feedback, card prompts, drinking rules, game mechanics, themes, graphics, or other content (collectively, "Submissions") you send through this app become the sole, exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable property of Shot Call’a Games, LLC worldwide.
2. Assignment of Rights
By sending a Submission, you automatically, perpetually, irrevocably, and worldwide assign and transfer all rights, titles, and interests in the Submission to Shot Call’a Games, LLC. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets related to the card text, rules, or gameplay design.
3. Physical and Multi-Platform Formats
You acknowledge and agree that your Submission may be used across all media formats now known or developed in the future. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, physical card games, printed card expansions, boxed sets, digital apps, sequels, and related merchandise.
4. No Compensation or Credit
We are under no obligation to:
- Keep your Submission confidential.
- Pay you any compensation, royalties, or physical/digital rewards.
- Acknowledge or credit your name on the physical or digital card, packaging, or app credits.
5. Right to Use and Modify
Shot Call’a Games, LLC holds a worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to freely use, copy, modify, adapt, reword, publish, or distribute your Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without your permission. This includes editing card text for tone, balance, or manufacturing requirements.
6. Originality and Third-Party Rights
You warrant that your Submission is your own original creation. You agree not to submit card prompts, rules, or text copied from other existing card games, copyrighted media, or third-party properties. You agree to indemnify Shot Call’a Games, LLC against any legal claims resulting from a violation of this rule.
